It is a distinct honor to represent the residents of the 10th Legislative District. Here you’ll find all of my sponsored and co-sponsored legislation, press releases, and an interesting video or two. My priorities continue to be expanding our economy and private sector job creation, holding the line on spending to keep your County taxes affordable, the health and welfare of our youth, and the quality of life of our residents.
Legislator Cilmi, along with his colleagues on the Suffolk County Legislature,
gathered for a Sunset Ceremony at Suffolk County’s 9/11 Memorial, “Gardens of Remembrance” to honor those who lost their lives ten years ago on Septemer 11th, 2001. |

With his family by his side, Suffolk Legislator Tom Cilmi was sworn in to his second term of office yesterday. Cilmi, who won his first bid for reelection with nearly 75% of the vote, credited his mom for raising him to be "a good person first and foremost," his wife Anna for her love and support, and his children, Stefanie and Tom, for giving him "reason to fight for the future of our community, our County and our Country." |

At the American Legion Rusy-Bohm Post No. 411, Law and Order Dinner and Awards Ceremony, Suffolk Legislator Tom Cilmi presented proclamations to Captain Robert Delagi and Ex-Captain Anthony Pizzo of the Islip Fire Department’s Engine Company No. 2 for their bravery. Also receiving awards were Police Officer Allen and Police Officer Hendrickson of the Suffolk County Police Department. All were involved in recent life-saving fire rescues. |
