2015 CENTRAL ISLIP TRACK PROGRAM

THE CENTRAL ISLIP PAL, A USA TRACK & FIELD MEMBER, PRESENT A YOUTH TRACK PROGRAM FOR BOYS & GIRLS AGES 7-14 YEARS OLD

The Central Islip Track Program runs April thru July and follows the USATF Junior Olympic Schedule. Team members will participate in USATF
Track Meets held on Long Island and at Icahn Stadium, Randall’s Island, and NYC.

PRACTICE MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY 6pm - 8pm

$60 FOR REGISTRATION
Registration covers Team Uniform, Entry Fees to 2 USATF Sanctioned Meets, and 2015 USATF Membership.

Dear residents of Suffolk County’s 9th Legislative District,

As your newly elected Suffolk County Legislator, it is with great honor that I represent the 9th Legislative District of Brentwood, Central Islip and North Bay Shore. I am humbled by the overwhelming support I received throughout this endeavor for County Legislator. PUBLIC NOTICE

Pursuant to § A2-9 and § A9-6 of the SUFFOLK COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, I hereby set a public hearing to be held by the Suffolk County Legislature on April 28, 2015 at 2:30 p.m. in the Maxine Postal Legislative Auditorium located at the Evans K. Griffing Building, 300 Center Drive, Riverhead, New York, for the purpose of considering the proposal/plan to transition the Brentwood Family Health Center, located at 1869 Brentwood Road, Brentwood, New York 11717, to Federally Qualified Health Center (“FQHC”) status and to provide primary health care services through an entity other than Suffolk County government and/or the Suffolk County Department of Health Services, using employees other than employees of the County of Suffolk, as set forth in Introductory Resolution No. 1273-2015.

The Clerk of the County Legislature is hereby directed to advertise this public hearing in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
