Dear residents of Suffolk County’s 9th Legislative District,

As your newly elected Suffolk County Legislator, it is with great honor that I represent the 9th Legislative District of Brentwood, Central Islip and North Bay Shore. I am humbled by the overwhelming support I received throughout this endeavor for County Legislator. (Uniondale, NY – October 14, 2015) — PSEG Long Island is urging its residential and business customers to be alert of ongoing payment scams. In these scams, which have been reported across the country, individuals misrepresenting themselves as PSEG Long Island employees threaten to turn off electric service if payment is not made to them that day. When in doubt or suspicious in any way, PSEG Long Island urges customers to call the number listed on their bill: 1-800-490-0025.

Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) are caused by a woman drinking alcohol during pregnancy. Alcohol in hte mother's blood passes tot he baby through the umbilical cord. When a woman drinks alcohol, so does her baby.
