The 4th Legislative District is located in the central-eastern portion of Suffolk County encompassing the central section of Brookhaven Town. The district includes Selden, Centereach, the Brookhaven Town portion of Ronkonkoma and parts of Farmingville, Coram, Holbrook, Lake Ronkonkoma, Lake Grove, Medford and Port Jefferson Station. It consists of fifty-one (51) election districts with approximately 80,000 residents and 43,600 registered voters.
