In his position of Legislative Counsel, George Nolan provides the members of the County Legislature with legal advice on any and all legislative matters.
Legislative Counsel drafts legislation and legal opinions for members of the County Legislature, attends Committee and General Meetings, manages outside counsel in connection with litigation by or against the County Legislature and provides legal advice to the Clerk of the County Legislature and Office of Budget Review.
